Soberdough
The EASIEST way to make delicious homemade bread without all the kneading!
Just add a bottle/can of your favorite beer to the mix, stir and bake. It’s that simple!
Unlike the other “beer breads” we’ve tasted, Soberdough actually tastes like a true bread – and has the proper texture, too. (Your foodie friends and family will never guess how easy it was to make!)
For a non-alcoholic option, you can use “fizzy” water like club soda, sparkling water, etc. You can also use any non-alcoholic beer.
Note: The subtle taste of beer can be minimal or more prominent depending on the beer you choose. Darker beers will bring more taste of beer while lighter colored beers will bring less. If you are not a lover of the taste of beer, we suggest using Budweiser or similar and you will not taste the beer in your bread.
